Privacy Policy

Recordings stay on your device. Audio and video recordings are stored locally on your device using on-device storage. They are not uploaded automatically. Recordings are shared only when you explicitly choose to share them.

Location. We use your device location only to suggest the U.S. state where a traffic stop occurs. Location is requested only when needed and is not stored on our servers.

Camera & microphone. These permissions are requested only when you start a recording. We use them solely to capture the recording you choose to make.

Account information. If you create an account, we store your email and preferences to sync across devices and manage your subscription status. We do not sync or upload your recordings to your account.

Deletion. You can delete any recording at any time from the Record screen. Deletion is straightforward and permanent on your device.

No legal advice relationship. Using the app does not create an attorney-client relationship, and any communications with lawyers through the directory are between you and that attorney.

Children. The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
